Login Instructions

Municipal Officer Login

• Go to the Municipal Officer Login Section.
• Input the Username and Password provided to you by the ULB and click on 'Log in' to access and use the system.
• If you are having trouble with the credentials, please contact the ULB.

New Self-Assessment Login

• Go to the Property Owner section and select the 'New Self-Assessment' from there.
• your mobile number and click on send OTP.
• You will receive and OTP on your phone, which you need to input in the OTP textbox after which you can click on Log in and open the form to fill your Self-Assessment

Login with Property ID and Password

• Go to the Property Owner section and select the 'Login with Property ID and Password' from there.
• Input the Username and Password provided to you by the ULB and click on 'Log in' to access and use the system.
• If you are having trouble with the credentials, please contact the ULB.
